Your Coach B.B.


B.B. is a YTT Yoga Instructor, NASM certified Personal Trainer, Certified Wellness Coach, and Certified Stress Management Coach (CSMC). The past 12 years she has been on a journey of wellness through an integrative approach of fitness, holistic wellness, emotional regulation practices, and nutrition.

She is passionate about guiding clients out of a sedentary lifestyle and into their wellness journey as she knows first hand how beneficial it is in all areas of life. Your mental health, your physical body, the way you show up in every day life, your relationships and your work ethic; all are affected by the choices we make everyday for better or for worse. When we take care of our mind, body, and soul there is nothing that can stop us from achieving our goals.
