Chicken Romano

This dish is a taste of heaven.

Flour mix:

1/2 tsp black pepper 

1 tsp Celtic salt

1tbs garlic powder 

Put in flour wash 

Bread crumb mix:

1/2 grated Romano

1 cup Romano cheese

1 1/2 cup Italian Bread crumbs 

1 tsp Celtic salt 

1tsp garlic powder 

Dash black pepper 

1/8 red pepper flakes 

Mix in bread crumbs 

Sauce:

1/2 stick butter 

Oil

6 cloves garlic chopped 

1/2 cup chicken stock 

1/2 lemon juices 

1/8 lemon zest 

1/3-1/2 cup white wine 

Take three chicken breasts and found until flat and tender.

Mix all flour wash ingredients in bowl.

Beat three eggs in separate bowl. 

Mix all breading ingredients in a seperate bowl.

Dip chicken in flour wash, then fully in eggs wash, then in the breading bowl and fully cover and pack on the breading mix. 

Put oil in a glass pan then place chicken in glass pan and spray the top with oil.

Bake until 160• at 400•

After your chicken is done in the oven, sear it in a hot pan with oil for one minute each side.

Sauce:

4 cloves of finely chopped garlic

3 tbsp grapeseed oil

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 cup chicken stock

Juice of one lemon

1 teaspoon corn startch

Salt to taste

Black pepper

In a small sauce pan add oil, a small amount of butter and garlic, simmer until aromatic. Add chicken stock and lemon zest then simmer on low for 10 minutes. Add remaining butter, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and cornstarch and simmer for 5 minutes.

Put breading chicken on top of angel hair pasta, top with your sauce and enjoy <3
