Savory Rump Roast - Crockpot

Ingredients:

Rump Roast

Carrots

Yellow Onion

Baby red or golden potatoes- cut in half

Celery

Beef Broth

Steak Seasoning

Garlic

Thyme

Rosemary

Salt

Pepper

Wortchishire Sauce

Cornstarch



Saute garlic and onion with oil for 5 minutes on high heat then add to crockpot

Rub steak seasoning on each side of the rump roast then place in middle crockpot with remaining veggies surrounding it.

In a sepperate bowl add beef stock, wortchishire sauce, salt, thyme, pepper, and cornstartch. Mix together then pour through crockpot.

Place three rosemary twigs on top of rump roast, cover and cook four 8 hours on lowest heat. It will be done when you can pull apart with a fork. Start checking at 6 hours. Serve with rice of choice.
