    Enjoy our meal program subscription with fresh healthy meals cooked, prepared, and delivered to your doorstep every week. Take away time of preparing food for your work week and save money on eating out every day with vegan, vegetarian, and carnevour options.

    Every week we have a new menu for you to choose from with ready to eat lunches and ready to cook dinners.

B.B. is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Corrective Movement Coach, and Certified Stress Management Coach (CSMC). The past 12 years she has been on a journey of wellness through an integrative approach of fitness, holistic wellness, emotional regulation practices, and nutrition.

She is passionate about guiding clients out of a sedentary lifestyle and into their wellness journey as she knows first hand how beneficial it is in all areas of life. Your mental health, your physical body, the way you show up in every day life, your relationships and your work ethic; all are affected by the choices we make everyday for better or for worse. When we take care of our mind, body, and soul there is nothing that can stop us from achieving our goals.

Every day you have the choice to either better your health, stay stagnant, or go in a direction that can lead to chronic illness and a decline in mental health. When we look at it like this it makes it easier to make the right choice and take consistent action in building a healthier life.
